Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally via express courier from the UK and for most countries the taxes will be paid by Ffin on your behalf to ensure there are no unexpected delays or surprise additional charges.

Shipping eyewear is complicated because sunglasses and optical frames are considered a medical device, so each country can apply medical device regulation and import rules. Currently we know we are permitted to ship to the United Kingdom, United States, European Union and EEA countries. We are researching and adding new countries all the time, so if you wish to order from a country not listed then please contact us and we will prioritise a review of your country to see if we can get some Ffin’s to you, so you can look fabulous!

Trade customers please note that we have different shipping rules for trade accounts, as your company will be the importer of record. Contact us to discuss requirements.


United Kingdom, United States (all regions), European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Switzerland.


Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, and South American countries.


Please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do. If you have already processed your order, don’t worry, we will have already started to research if we can ship to you and if we run into a problem we will contact you. If we cannot ship to you, you will receive a full refund.


Some countries have complex Import regulations and as a small company we learn about each one as we go. This is why we ask that you contact us, and we will try to arrange the shipping so you can place your order.

We would love that the world is a happy cooperative place but we are unable to ship to any county that is currently embargoed from the UK.

We use a low carbon express international shipping service, which will usually provide an overnight weekday service but we cannot guarantee shipping times in the event of unforeseen events. Please see the guide below.

Shipping Monday to Friday (except UK public holidays).

UK – 1 to 3 business days

Europe, EEA and US – 1 to 5 business days

Rest of World – 1 to 8 business days

Import Taxes – For the locations we have listed that we can ship to, unless otherwise stated, will pay the import taxes in advance via our courier, so you do not encounter any unexpected delays or additional charges.

For countries not listed, please note that each country has different rules for customs and import duties and some countries will have a different process and do not allow us to pay duties on your behalf. On the rare occasion where there is a problem we will contact you to discuss options.


Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to refund in full or exchange any item if you are not satisfied or it is not suitable but it must be returned unused in the original condition in branded packaging.

Returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days after delivery or won’t be eligible for a refund. The item must be returned in original condition, unworn, free of scratches, with original packaging and invoice. Please thoroughly seal your return in the original box to protect in transit. 

When we receive your return it will be inspected. If your return does not fulfil the basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your refund. 

If you are using different shipping packaging for the return, please be sure to pack your return to prevent damage in transit. If you are unsure about the return, please contact us for advice, we are happy to help.

Please use a tracked postage service, we cannot be held responsible for an item that doesn’t arrive.

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed after your item has been received and inspected.

We operate in the following currencies: GBP, EUR and USD. If you paid in another currency, please be aware the exchange rate might have changed since your purchase and you could receive a slightly different amount in your refund than originally paid.

Please note that the return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Questions & Answers

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all of our frames are made to an optical standard and we supply boutique opticians all over the world.

Some frames may have a non-standard lens shape, for example a cut off, in those cases we will recommend as a Sunglass Only but the frame could still receive a prescription lens, if your optician is willing to fit one.

You can contact us to find out if we supply someone near you, or you can buy direct and then visit your optician to have the lenses fitted.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.

Currently we accept GBP, EUR and USD.

Soon we hope to accept card payments in AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SEK, SGD, TRY, USD and ZAR.

Soon we hope to accept Revolut pay in following currencies: AED, AUD, BGN, CAD, CHF, CLP, COP, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, INR, ISK, JPY, KRW, MXN, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, QAR, RON, RSD, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD and ZAR.

We do not guarantee shipping times but the following is a good guide:

UK – 1 to 3 business days

Europe – 1 to 5 business days

Rest of World – 1 to 8 business days

If you are located in the UK, EU, EEA, Switzerland or the US, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label from the courier that delivered to you (usually DHL).

If you are not located in locations where we offer the free return service. Return the unused and undamaged item, securely packaged via a tracked shipping service.

The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

No. Unfortunately if you have had prescription lenses fitted to the frames, we cannot restore them to their original condition. 

The simplest way to do this is for us to process your successful return and refund you. You are then able to purchase your other frames as a separate transaction.
